Hatha Yoga: Asanas (poses) concentrates on alignment of the body (Iyenger based) harmonizing movement with Breathing, Meditation and Relaxation.
Hatha Blend: Is a fusion of hatha, and restorative yoga, with deep breathing, meditation and relaxation.
Vinyasa: From the sanskirt meaning "to place in a special way" This is based on a flow of Asanas (Poses), a bit more moderately vigorous for students with a consistent practice and want more of a challenge. Breathing and relaxation are also involved.
Chair Yoga With Weights & Thera-bands: "You can't get to the floor so we bring the floor to you". Gentle Yoga Asanas (poses), breathing and meditation are done sitting on a chair. Great for Seniors or persons recovering from illness or injures
Y&P Blend: Fusion of Hatha Yoga and Pilates. Yoga with breath, relaxation, flexibility and Pilates core - conditioning to encourage a strong body with balance of energy, calm body and mind. Great fusion for fitness, yoga and pilates enthusiasts.
Restorative Yoga: "Deep Relaxation, & Restoration in body & mind" Is passive, with the use of props to assist the body to renew, restore and heal the effects of chronic stress and fatigue. (Suitable for everyone no experience necessary.)
Yoga Booty Ballet® (YBB): is a fusion of Kundalini and Hatha yoga, cardio dance, signature ballet moves,relaxation and meditation. Complete work out for all ages,sizes,fitness levels for all people. A way to express yourself in a non competitive environment. (Ballet shoes/slippers optional.)
Kids & Teens Yoga: Great for children with attention and respiratory challenges. Helps to develop focus, confidence, stamina and flexibility in a fun noncompetitive way.
Floral Fusion: Combination of Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa,and Restorative Yoga. Pranayam (breathing), meditation and relaxation. Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a chinese system of slow meditative, physical exercise, designed for relaxation,balance,and health.Improve on flexibility,stamina,and strength.Develop the awareness necessary to bring healing.
Tulip Toning: Great class to improve on bone density, while building strength and endurance, toning and sculpting arms, abs, hips, thighs, and booty,with 2/3 pound weights. Breathing and relaxation.
Meditation: Is a holistic discipline, attempting to get beyond the reflexive "thinking" mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Different goals can be achieved, higher state of consciousness, compassion and loving kindness, greater focus, creativity or self awareness, or simply more relaxed and peaceful frame of mind.
Reiki Healing Circle: Participants sits on a chair in a circle, while the practitioner lays hands on their shoulders, knees and so-on sending the energy(Energy will go where needed). Deep breathing and meditation are also involved. (If you prefer not to be touched, that's O. K.)
Medical Qi Qong: (pronounced 'chee' gong) It is a person's personal energy source,and chinese technique of controlling that energy.By doing so maximize personal health, influence the healing of others, and generally become more in tune with one's body increasing concentration and awareness. Great class for anyone, and those recovering for injuries, surgeries or just want to maintain a healthy life style.
Judo: Developed in Japan in the late nineteen century,based on ancient Japanese jujitsu. Ju = gentleness, softness, flexibility, Do = the way, path, teaching. It is a weaponless system of self defense, developed by Buddhist Monks over a period of two thousand years.
Cardio Room: Equipment to promote cardio, tone/sculpt, burn calories and strength training.
Gentle - Emphasis on gentle stretches with Asanas(poses) to improve.flexibility, breathing and relaxation are also involved. Great class for beginners, seniors and persons recovering from surgery and/or injuries.
All Levels - Open to all, from beginners, as well as ongoing students Asanas(poses) that can be adapted to all ages and physical conditions.
Level 2 - Can be more of a challenge, for students who have been consistently practicing for at least six months and want to explore on a deeper level. Modifications are offered and students are expected to honor your body by doing what you can for your body.
